Rules for acceptable use of Ranjero and measures in case of misuse.
Principle
Ranjero may be used only lawfully, fairly and without harming third parties. This policy supplements the Terms of Service.
Prohibited or Restricted Use
- unlawful activities
- fraud, deception, money laundering or trade in stolen goods
- identity abuse, phishing, spam or credential stuffing
- infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or personality rights
- automated attacks, malicious code or security circumvention
- CAPTCHA circumvention, access-control bypassing or abusive scraping
- review manipulation or misleading listings
- falsification of origin, condition, ownership or authenticity
- unlawful surveillance or unlawful discriminatory use
- prohibited goods or services
- unnecessary technical overload
- resale of the service without permission
Measures
- warning
- restriction of individual functions
- account suspension
- termination
- removal of unlawful content
- legally required cooperation with authorities
User Rights
Mandatory user and consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.
