Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Ranjero processes and which providers may be involved.

1. Controller

The controller is Eichmann Consulting, Ranjero, owner Patrick Eichmann, Switzerland, support@ranjero.ch, https://ranjero.ch. Address: Business address available upon legitimate request.

2. Data Processed

account data such as email, name, roles and language
uploaded images, product descriptions, notes and product links
analysis requests, history, prices, comparable listings and generated sales copy
password reset requests, email delivery and security events
technical logs, IP address, browser data, device type and approximate access data
Paddle customer, subscription and transaction identifiers
support requests, privacy requests and account deletions

3. Purposes

provide accounts, login and password reset
perform AI analysis, comparable search and Deal Hunter functionality
store and export analyses
synchronize subscriptions, analysis credits and billing events
provide support, prevent abuse and maintain security

4. Providers

Ranjero uses Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Paddle for payments as Merchant of Record, OpenAI for AI functionality, Tavily or comparable search providers for web/market search and hosting infrastructure.

Google Fonts are not used as an external tracking service; where font files are used, they should be self-hosted or delivered in a privacy-friendly way.

Ranjero does not store full personal payment card or bank details. Payment data is processed by Paddle.

5. International Transfers

Providers may process data outside Switzerland or the user's country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

6. Retention and Rights

Data is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, support, billing or legal duties.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and export where applicable law provides these rights.

Cookie and Storage Technologies

Ranjero displays a cookie banner and stores the selection locally in the browser. Necessary cookies support sign-in, language, checkout and security. Optional statistics or marketing categories are used only with consent.
