Ranjero is an online software service operated by Eichmann Consulting, Ranjero, owner Patrick Eichmann, Switzerland, support@ranjero.ch, https://ranjero.ch.

Ranjero helps users analyze products, review non-binding market estimates, compare listings and generate sales copy.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.

Ranjero may suspend accounts affected by security risks, misuse or material violations.

• no unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive use
• no upload of content without rights
• no circumvention of access controls, captchas or login barriers
• no representation of AI output as verified authenticity or value guarantee

AI-generated identifications, market values, purchase prices, resale prices, margins, profits and deal scores are non-binding informational estimates.

Ranjero does not guarantee sale prices, profit, condition, ownership, origin, authenticity or legal tradability of an item.

Users must independently verify material information before buying or selling.

Paid features may be offered monthly or yearly. Prices, credits and usage limits are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Analysis credits are usage units for product analyses and have no cash redemption value.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may calculate taxes, process payments, provide receipts and administer eligible refunds.

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to applicable law, Paddle policies and the Ranjero Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Eichmann Consulting is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, missed opportunities or decisions based on non-binding AI output.

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Swiss law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the user's place of residence.
