API Terms of Use

Terms for API access where Ranjero expressly provides API access to a user or partner.

Introductory Notice

These terms apply only if Ranjero expressly provides API access to a user or partner. Publicly visible features currently do not create any entitlement to API access.

1. Scope

These API Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply only to issued API keys, partner access or technical integrations.

2. Authorized Access

API access may be used only by authorized users, organizations or partners. Ranjero may request proof of authorization.

3. API Keys and Credentials

API keys must be kept secret, must not be exposed in browsers, repositories or client apps and must be rotated if misuse is suspected.

4. Confidentiality

Non-public documentation, credentials, internal responses and technical information must be treated as confidential.

5. Rate Limits

Ranjero may define or adjust technical limits. No specific limits are claimed unless documented for the individual access.

6. Fair Use

API access must not endanger the stability, security or availability of the app.

7. Prohibited Automation

Automation is prohibited where it bypasses controls, burdens third parties, generates misleading content or violates legal boundaries.

8. No Circumvention

Multiple accounts, rotating keys, proxy abuse or other circumvention of technical safeguards are prohibited.

9. No Sharing

Credentials must not be sold, shared, published or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

10. Privacy

API use must comply with the Privacy Policy, applicable data protection law and data minimization principles.

11. Third-Party Data

Marketplace, search provider or payment provider data may be used only within permitted limits.

12. Changes and Versioning

Ranjero may change, deprecate or remove API functionality where technically, legally or operationally required.

13. Availability

No fixed API availability is promised unless separately agreed.

14. Suspension

Ranjero may restrict or suspend API access in case of misuse, security risk or legal violations.

15. Termination

API access may end when authorization ends or material duties are breached.

16. Liability

API responses and analyses remain non-binding informational aids. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
